Support lacking for an enterprise product,
had to repeatedly contact Bitdefender in relation to an alert we were receiving, we were advised to uninstall our vpn server as it might attract attacks as it has an open port?
Honestly? Is this really the level of expertise available.
I only wanted more information about the alert we kept seeing,

The issue has been resolved after a further ticket, its possible it was a misunderstanding,
All was rectified quickly once escalated to the right people,

I've been using Bitdefender Total Security for years and I've never had an issue with security. I encountered 2 hiccups with the subscription but their support is amazing and always helped me solve my issues. The 24/7 live chat is handy.

I have been a user of Bitdefender for 20 years. They not only have the most complete Security program on the market, but they are one of they the only security programs that provide individual attention of problems. The only thing you need to be aware of is that 2Checkcout.com, list by Google as unethical, presents to be Bitdefender trying to sell you the BD program -- many times more expensive than if you go online and buy direct. BD is aware that 2Checkout sells their product, but they are unaware of your updates. Be aware of 2Checkout.com. Do not get sidetracked, Bitdefender is the BEST of the market.

I have used couple of protection software utilities for antivirus, internet protection etc. over last 25+ years. Bitdefender is the best amongst all. I am very pleased with its capabilities and the value for money that I get in return. I am going o continue using it and recommend it to others, so important in today's cyberworld where life is becoming more digital with every hour be it ecommerce, social media, finances or whatever.

Tried a few free antivirus applications for mac but didnt feel like I was getting the best protection. Did some research and decided on Bitdefender and I am glad I did! Robust interface, great protection and I was able to protect my homes network with a multi user license. During an initial scan it picked up something lurking in my archived folder that that my free based antivirus did not. Overall, pretty happy with the product and the price I paid for the year. Would recommend!

Bitdefender works great keeps all my online activity safe as well as my PCs and Phone.

Recently had to contact support for two unrelated issues. Representative was super pleasant, patient, explained things easily, and solved both issues without needing to send me to a different department (one was tech, one was sales).

Seems to try and block any site that has "bible" as a word in the url
